It’s certainly a tentative time at Leeds United as they bid to win promotion to the Premier League.
Even though Marcelo Bielsa has done a fantastic job of turning the club around and making them among the strongest sides in the English second tier, they find themselves in a mid-season slump.
The Whites have registered just one win in the last five games across all competitions and Bielsa must be beginning to feel the pressure.
His decision making has naturally been scrutinised by fans and the media, and in his recent pre-match press conference Phil Hay alluded to the resentment he believe Bielsa is feeling – particularly in regard to his management of certain individuals.

After seeing this update from the renowned journalist, many of the Whites faithful offered their views on the coach.
Some are still behind him and believe Bielsa’s reaction is no surprise given the behaviour of some of the supporters.
But there are still those who believe in his ability and they are reminding others of what the Argentine has achieved during his time at Elland Road.
They have called for the fans to trust in both the man and the process.
Interestingly and worryingly enough, one fan feels like Bielsa is actually pretty close to walking away from the club.
He thinks that their coach is actually just a loss or two away from reaching breaking point…
But there are also fans who are not so eager to take his side and seem to think he’s already lost the plot.
For that reason, it’s time for him to leave the club.
